As adults age, technology and medical equipment can help them maintain their independence and well-being. Enabling and assistive technology devices and services are available to support daily living activities, medication management, transportation, hearing, vision, health, communication, safety, mobility, and much more.

There are multiple ways to access TN Tech Connect:

1. Click TNTechConnect on the top menu bar of the website.

Equipment
Aside from technology, adults also benefit from the use of durable medical equipment, such as wheelchair, canes, shower chairs, and other items to support them as they age. To find such items on the website, use the Equipment Topic of Interest filter in the guided search process.

Tip: Some organizations collect used equipment to refurbish and provide to others who need it for free. To find those programs on the website, try typing Equipment Exchange or Equipment Reuse in the Keyword Search box on the website header.
